Advocacy Training with Nicole Capretz Carolina Rodriguez

Come learn the basics and gain confidence to get active in local climate advocacy!

Large urban centers consume 2/3 of the world’s energy and create over 70% of global CO2 emissions.
Climate Action Plans (CAPs) and Community Choice Energy (CCE) are two powerful measures cities can implement to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and thereby mitigate their contribution to climate change. Learn the basics and gain confidence to advocate for a CAP and CCE in your city from Nicole Capretz of San Diego’s Climate Action Campaign.

This workshop will include instruction, discussion and opportunities to get engaged and take action.
